Heritage Transport First Day Cover
On Wednesday 17th February a new pictorial set of Post and Go stamps will be released telling the story of how transportation of post has changed over the past five hundred years. These are the first special issue to feature our new branding and will be on first class values only.
The first day cover design features an original woodcut showing a post boy riding on horseback. There is one of each design on a first class stamp, cancelled with the official handstamp for The Postal Museum. An insert gives more information about each method of transport.
