The Postal Museum First Day Cover
Next week the British Postal Museum & Archive (BPMA) will launch its new brand to the public and officially change its name to The Postal Museum. As part of this rebrand, the overprint on the BPMA’s Post & Go will change to reflect the new name, featuring the new logo and the words ‘The Postal Museum’. This will appear on the Machin, Union Flag and Heraldic Lion designs.
These first day covers include:
- One first class Machin, one second class Machin, one first class Heraldic Lion and one first class Union Flag stamp
- Cancelled with new official handstamp for The Postal Museum (the first time this has been used
- Produced on specially designed envelopes with an insert card
- Insert with information about The Postal Museum
