All orders are sent by standard first class mail. To request Special Delivery and order tracking, please contact us before placing your order for terms & prices.

🚫 Shipping Update: USA

Due to the Executive Order on 30 July which outlined planned changes to the customs requirements and processes for goods being imported into the USA from 29 August 2025 we are temporarily unable to ship orders to the USA. Royal Mail are introducing a new service for posting to the USA from Thursday 28 August 2025, and we will be adjusting our shipping costs in line with the new service.

We understand this may be disappointing, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We aim to have this updated and resume shipping to the USA asap.

🚫 Shipping Update: Europe & Northern Ireland

Due to recent regulatory changes under the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR), we are currently unable to ship orders to Europe or Northern Ireland.

We understand this may be disappointing, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. At this time, we do not have a confirmed timeline for when shipping to these regions will resume. We are actively monitoring the situation and will update our customers as soon as we are able to offer service again.

Postage rates, to both UK addresses and overseas are calculated based on weight. The postage costs are listed as follows.

Our online returns policy

The Postal Museum want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are unhappy with any item or if it has been damaged in transit, or becomes faulty, please return it in its original packaging and with your order documents to:

Please return it within 30 days of receiving the order. We will issue a refund or replacement at your request, within 5 days of receipt of the returned goods. If the item is damaged in transit, was incorrectly supplied, or develops a fault, we will refund the cost of postage, but in all other cases, the cost of returning the item will be at the customers expense. We strongly recommend that when returning items you obtain a proof of posting (free from the post office) as we cannot accept responsibility for any returned items that are lost in the post. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please note that Virtual Gifts cannot be refunded or replaced.

Overseas orders are sent by air. The appropriate charge is automatically added to your order at Checkout when you confirm the delivery address.

There may be local duty and/or taxes payable on goods delivered outside the UK. The Postal Museum is not responsible for paying these charges.
